Project Management for Tomorrow's Leaders

Under The John D. Gerhart Center AUC, just wrapped up delivering a Project Management course for the brilliant AUC Tomorrow's Leaders Program (MENA)! The energy was incredible. By weaving social entrepreneurship into the curriculum, we shifted the focus from simply delivering projects to building lasting impact.

Watching these future leaders design for both efficiency and profound community change was inspiring. Their passion and perspective taught me as much as I hope they learned.

Wrapping up a productive three day Project Management workshop with Tomorrows Leaders Undergraduate (TLU) Program students!

10 TLU senior students learned the foundations of project management, explored planning and implementation tools, and wrapped up with sessions on communication, risk management, and impact evaluation.

From hands-on capstone project labs to peer coaching and team-building challenges, the group got to put theory into practice and push their social entrepreneurship ideas forward in a real, practical way.
